Please be advised of the following important procedures for our charter students:
Payment Requests:
• Parents must request monthly payment for lessons from their charter school in a timely manner.
• Our billing cycle runs monthly, from the 1st to the end of each month.
Coverage of Lessons
• Any lessons not covered by the charter due to insufficient charter funds, charter school closures, or breaks must be paid by the parents at the studio.
• Please inform us immediately to process a payment. Parents are responsible for any unpaid funds. Payments will be paid on Credit Card on File .
Stopping or Taking a Break:
• If you plan to stop or take a break from lessons, please inform us at the front desk or by email at least seven business days before the start of a new month to avoid any late fees and charges.
Please remember that we do not have access to your account with your charter school, so we are unable to see any related information.
